I would like to change my computer name which is connected with domain in win server 2003. when I go to my computer and click change and put new name and Domain name as old written there. Then I click OK. Computer ask :Enter the name and password of an account with permission to rename this computer in the domain. I put there administrator and password is blank. Then error shown like: "Multiple connection a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connection to the server or shared resource and try again." yes I have there users where in two user Domain : computer name and one user Domain : our domain name which is on the server. All users has Group : Administrator.
So, Please tell me that how to change computer name. How to change this?

First, remove the PC from the domain. Then change it's name and finally, rejoin it to the domain.

Doesn't sound like the Domain has any security if the Administrator account is null.
