please can you solve this problem. when users in my office connects directly to the internet, they can send/receive mails from netscape and the netscape works fine but when they are on network and the connect through windows server 2003 the only massage that comes in the status bar of netscape is " connected to domain" but it does not ask for password neither it send/receive mail.
every thing was working fine but it is giving a problem from 7-8 days and i did not made any change to the server

It's probably because if they're logging into the Domain, they are using a different profile. So, in Netscape, they will need to configure their email accounts.
