Hello,
Client desktop after a few hour from connecting to Domain, - disconnects. I cann be sighting when the user trying to access few diferent file servers, and they are asking the user and passwords, and if they are writing it (That should not be) the documents are opening ~3minutes delay :(.
With the other computer, wich are not connected to domain everything is ok.

Is that happening with ALL the domain users? Do you have roaming profiles? Does it happen using an administrator account on a workstation?

Try adding the domain user name and passwd to the local machine. That used to solve a ton of problems for me.
