I typed in our username and password but haven't finish initializing it logs off and go back to the crtl-alt-del dialogue box again. Can someone know what's going on about this problem? I don't know what to do now. I'm stuck. I need to install something in the server. Thanks..

Are you only using one administrator account?
Can any account logon to the server?
Have you tried coming up in safe mode?

Boot to Recovery Console and copy the userinit.exe from the CD to the C:\Windows\System32 folder.

I pressed F6 after I pressed R for recovery console, it didn't work. It says no drive found, hit enter to restart. I think NTFS won't see on dos.
