Problem installing SBS Premium 2003

Hi There I am trying to install SBS 2003 on my box (which previously ran Windows 2000 Server without problems), the first part installs fine but fails when it comes to install Microsoft Search. I am then pointed at a file called errorlog.txt but I can't make sense of it. Anyone else with this problem?
