I have a user wanting to print to a shared printer on the network. The option to use letterheads in tray2 has been assigned through the printer settings on the server.
Now on the users machine, when the user wants to print - they are unable to change the tray number as it has defaulted to another and is greyed out.
Is there another way to fix the "greyed out" issue besides adding the group "everyone" (which by default is set) to manage printer/manage docuements ?!?!!?
Summary: Or better still, control access by using groups, so if dept one is a member of dept A printer group, then set up that printer permissions, & likewise for printer B & so on. Much neater & easier to adm...
