Hello experts,

I'm a beginner when it comes to networking and am currently doing an internship at a Technology Learning Center. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot a networked printer being that a specific workstation won't print to the network printer. We checked in the properties and all it does is send the files into a que. Any help would be awesome.

Is the correct printer marked as the standard printer?
Can someone else print to that printer without problems?

Yeah the printer is the only one there. It's the same on all the other workstations, this is the only terminal that won't send info to it.

If the printer is also not in offline mode (right click at the printer), deinstall the printer and reinstall it.
