I work in an office with win2000 base network and winXP and win98 stations.
we have 5 network printers in network.
Now i want to Know how can i manage printers for Ex. only some Users can access to specific printer. or some users can only printer 100 pages per day or some users mus t get permition from Admin for printing jobs over 100 pages. and somethings like this....

You can restrict access to a printer though the permissions tab on the printer.

As for the others you will need some 3rd party software.

I wonder if a disk quota on the print spool folder would work?
