prevent users from changing printing preferences on the printer properties.
I want to stop users from changing Black & white/Colour settings, 1-sided printing etc.
I have restricted access using security tab and removed users from Administrators and Power users groups on local computer but they are still able to access printing preferences

How are the printers connected to the computers? A print server?

Just out of curiosity, shouldn't your users be able to print the documents in the manner that is appropriate for production purposes?

Life's more painless for the brainless.
