hi, i am running mysql server on windows server 2003. i need to check and activate port 3306. can someone please advise how i can enable the port. i ran a netstat -ano| find/I":3306" and got the following results: 'TCP 0.0.0.0:3306 0.0.0.0:3306 Listening 1700. can you please also let me know what the 1700 represents and whether this can be changed?
