pop3 mail on exchange

Cannot get exchange to recieve pop email from isp's mail server. I can send mail through the smtp server at same isp. Looks straight forward. I've set-up pop accounts on the pop3 connection manager. I've started the service. I've set-up the usernames and pasword correctly and have authentication turned on, which is required. Can't fiqure it out.

Any idea's of what I'm missing?

Have you got pop3 unblocked at the router
