Permissions on folder redirection

i have setup folder redirection and started moving people over to the OY that its setup on i have set so they have exclusive rights and can only access there files. but if i browse the folders on the network everyone can access my "my documents" folder and if i go to look at anyone elses it denies me access which its supppose to do so where do i need to set the permissions so it sets my folder like everyone elses

If I understand you right, everyone can get to your specific "My Documents" folder, but not anyone elses.
If so, why not just look at the security settings of the folder that it redirects to out on the network? Worst case, log in as a different tech ID, backup your "My Documents" folder, and then dump your network folder. Then log in with your normal ID again and let it rebuild/redirect everything again...
