Permission on users

We have a domain with shared folders and users, I would like to check all the folders permission on who has read access etc, is there a program I can type in the users name and it scans the drive for all folder permission?

There should be something in Active Directory to do that or you could download AD Explorer.

I don't think this is what I wanted, I need something that I can list the folders on the server with their access permission etc..

Search google for sysinternals. I can't think of anything else.
