Performance Counters being reset

CPU/Ram: intel 2.4Ghz, 512 MB

hi all

I created a few perf counters, and they work great. But over time (less than 24 hours), they get reset! Ive checked, and the server was not rebooted, there's no error message in the events viewer about these.

What can it be? thanks in advance.
