pcAnywhere and win 2k3

has anyone had problems with pcAnywhere host not being able to start in win 2k3. when ever i reboot i get an error that says service failed to start check event viwer. i have tryed to make it restart after it fails for the first time...but it just keeps timing out according to event viewer. any help on how to get host started with computer would be greatful.
( and i know TS with win 2k3 is the way to go but for what im doing pca works better)

I am currently using PC anywhere 11.0 i was using 10.5 but i had to upgrade do to connectivity issues which 11.0 fix but wont start on its own so i have to go to the server login and start it.
