We are running OWA 2003 and a teacher had a question that I'm not even sure is a problem. She claims she had done this in the past, but I cannot see a fix.

She opens up a new email message to send and she enters text in the body. She wants to print out the email prior to sending it. When she clicks "print", the entire body of text she had entered into the message disappears, however the printed output contains the text. Is this something that is possible to do? I've tried it on several PC's in our school district with the same result. I have searched the "options" and can't see anything that would allow me to change this feature.

Thanks,
Mark

If they're using IE7, there was a recent patch to fix OWA issues with IE7, but I don't remember this issue being fixed, but then again, I've never heard of this issue...

What is the current patch level of the workstations and the Exchange server? Patched to current? IE7 installed on the workstations?

That's impressive considering there is no IE6 SP2...
