Hi All,
This is more of an outlook/exchange question but I couldnt find where to post..Basically - We're running an SBS03 box with exchange etc etc... I have Outlook 2007 on my laptop and Outlook 2003 on my desktop. I have setup my mailbox in outlook as normal, but have also gone in and added a common mailbox (which is our support address basically) so that I can have both open at once..
All is fine in terms of accessing everything, but what is REALLY annoying me is that when I open a message out of the second mailbox it converts the HTML messages back to plain text, stripping out all the formatting etc..
If I open the mailbox in Outlook Web Access I can see the HTML messages fine so its not a server issue, although if I open an email in outlook and it converts it to text, it is then shown as text only in OWA (it actually converts the email not just how its displayed, and saves it *grr*). I can't for the life of me find how to fix it...
I remember having this same issue a very long time ago and can't remember how I fixed it but recall coming here to find out...
Also - my main mailbox is fine - no issues with it... Its ONLY with the additional mailbox
Can anyone help????
