Outlook signature

CPU/Ram: 3.4 Dual Core, 3.0GB

Hey guys,
i have an exchange enviroment and more than 130 users using Ms Outlook 2003, and when they try and click Insert menu /Autotext/signature they find someone else's signature and all have the same signature and they can't change it, and i belive that this have something to do with Group policy wich i couldn't locate it, any idea please

Are all the users who have the problem in the same group or OU?

I saw something about setting the default signature(s) to blank and starting over.
