Hi all,
Having some problems with users running Outlook 2000 over Terminal Server.
Everything is working fine until they try to attach a file to an email, which causes Outlook and their Terminal Server session to crash.
Each time this happens I have to go in to TS Manager, disconnect the session etc etc before they can go back in.
Happening to all users and is annoying the hell outta me! I know Outlook 2000 is old but the client wont buy a newer version!
Thanks in advance.

Do you have the latest service packs/hotfixes for Office/Outlook 2000?

Its all up to date... Server was only installed last week but I have checked and its fine.

Dont know whether this helps or not but I have found this in the event viewer:
Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 9.0.0.2416, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
A few people have said it may be a memory problem or some other hardware issue??

Just curious, but do you have your own Exchange server? If so, what version of Exchange?

We do indeed. We are running Exchange Server 2003, also fully patched and up to date..

You are therefore licensed for Outlook 2003 for every CAL you have for Exchange.
