Hi all, Having some problems with users running Outlook 2000 over Terminal Server. Everything is working fine until they try to attach a file to an email, which causes Outlook and their Terminal Server session to crash. Each time this happens I have to go in to TS Manager, disconnect the session etc etc before they can go back in. Happening to all users and is annoying the hell outta me! I know Outlook 2000 is old but the client wont buy a newer version! Thanks in advance. If it isn't broken, break it. It keeps us in a job!

Its all up to date... Server was only installed last week but I have checked and its fine. If it isn't broken, break it. It keeps us in a job!

Dont know whether this helps or not but I have found this in the event viewer: Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 9.0.0.2416, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000. A few people have said it may be a memory problem or some other hardware issue?? If it isn't broken, break it. It keeps us in a job!

We do indeed. We are running Exchange Server 2003, also fully patched and up to date.. If it isn't broken, break it. It keeps us in a job!
