Outlook asking for password

CPU/Ram: 512 mb

Ok , Mail is setup on 2003 small business Server and exchange is setup and pop3 is set, but when trying to receive mail outside in outlook pop3

it keeps asking for password, anyone have any ideas?

Check the box in the Outlook client for remembering POP3 password. :-)
