Okay, so we got our server back up and running 100% with no issues, however the C: partition only has 250MB left on it! Drive D, which is the "data drive" has over 120GB free. Both partitions are on the same drive (two raided HD's).
Am I able to use a partitioning software, like Partition Magic to reallocate some of the free drive space from the D partition to the C partition? If so, what are some of the issues I might run into, any suggestions or steps I should do before doing this?
Thanks!

Partition magic or any workstation specific partitioning software will not work on server products. This is by design.
Acronis server product would be my recommendation.
A bit pricy but it works

Yes, partition magic doen't support server and it has not been upgraded for such a long time.
Acronis is a good SW, but it is too expensive, $699 for one server, I like to use easeus parition master, free for home users. It cannot defrag or wipe the partition, but it works perfectly resizing or copying, etc. This SW can install and enlarge the system partition without reboot, this is useful for a server to avoid downtime.

Thank you for your responses.
I ended up purchasing EASEUS Partition Master 4.0.1 Server Edition and it worked great. I had ZERO issues with it. I did have to look on their forum to figure out a few things, but once I did, everything went great.

Another way you can do it is to use a workstation application, make 'rescue disks' and boot up on the rescue media. It works since it won't figure out what o/s you have installed.

I tried to use gPartEd to circumvent the server OS issue, but the CD wouldn't boot to a Dell PowerEdge with RAID 1. I ended up buying and using EASEUS, which worked perfectly, although I had a few scary moments when, between sizing of each partition, the LOB app lost connection to all its shortcuts on the desktop. But once all operations were complete and with a reboot, everything came back 100%.
