Optimize my dedicated server?

I run Ut2k4 dedicated server on a cable connection with a 4MB/s download speed and a 30KB/s (256kb/s) upload speed. I have set the server to run in realtime priority, which seems to work very well, but is there any I can tweak/optimize my upload speed and server preformance? I remember seeing onece an option to set if the computer will mainly be used as a workstation, a desktop, or a server, but I'm not sure where I saw that. Any registry settings to tweak?

I don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for, but it may help. Go to system properties (right-click My Computer | Properties) and click on the advanced tab. From there, click on the Performance button and then on the Advanced tab. You probably want to select 'Adjust for best performance of:' Background services and System cache. This should help performance.
