Hi, We are presently using redirection and synchronization “Offline/Online” files for our Domain users. The users’ “My Documents” folders are redirected to a user specific folder on the server (Windows 2003 Server also our DC). This is good solution for us because it lets us backup the users’ data on the laptops and workstations. The drawback is that the “My Documents” redirection and synchronization seem to cause the error message "Offline/Online" to occur frequently for both of our wired and wireless users (Especially wireless users). Additionally it also takes a long period for data synchronization. Would anyone know what might be a reason for this?
