Hi,

I am having a problem with offline files not being synchronised. When a user logs off they are given a synchronisation failed message saying 'Unable to make 'call256.dbb' available offline' and 'files of this type cannot be made offline'. I have followed the instructions from this page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/252509 created a group policy called 'offline files' and excluded the relevant extentsions. I literally copied and pasted the extensions from the list but where *.db? appears I changed it to *.dbb . I then rebooted the machine.

I ran the gpresult command to see if the group policy was being run on the machine and it is, here is a copy of the results:

COMPUTER SETTINGS

Can anyone help me on this problem. If you need to ask me anything I'll be happy oblige. Its more of a niggly thing. A few users thing there work is not saving etc so would like for this message to go.

Thanks in advance.
