Below is the accepted solution from experts exchange

If you are familiar with the registry. Go to start, run, type "regedit".
When reg window comes up, go to 2 keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
In each key go to software, Microsoft, Microsoft Office and delete these folders. Remember, just the office folders not the Microsoft one.
Close registry and go to Windows Explorer and find Office folders -- usually in Program files Microsoft, Microsoft Office or Office 8, 9, 10, 11 and delete these folders -- once again only the ones pertaininig to Office -- and delete folders.
Reboot machine and insert CD and it should autorun.
