Not Sync Folder WITHIN My Documents

Is there a way to leave specific folders within My Documents on the local computer, and not have them sync with the server? I'm trying to force users to store the "My Pictures", "My Music", etc folders locally instead of taking space on the server. I'd rather not go to each client machine and copy them to a local drive... is there an automated way to redirect these files?
