if you want to use norton anti virus, make sure that you use the corparate version. if you use the professional version, it can be installed.

yeah i have same problem using system works 2k3.. is there any thing else that is good besides norton?

basically you can use the windows default utilities, it is good enough...norton system works 2003 can be installed in server 2003 besides it can actually slow down the computer performance.
