No USB?

I am duel booting XP pro and Win 2003 server.All is well with XP but Win 2003 fails to reconise any usb devices.All settings show in device manager as being installed.Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-7ZXR Up to date bios and all drivers installed. Any ideas? as i said all works 100% in XP. Thanx in advance.

Put your disk in and then go to the command prompt
type in sfc /scannow
Then go to the update site and make sure the updates are installed.
Reboot and see if it sees them.
