Hello, I've Win Server SBS 2003 with ISA 2004. I've established connection between server and clients (win XP). When I try to go to webs at clients comupters everything works, but ping doesn't work properly: ping www.google.com pinging www.google.com [209.85.129.99]... ..something with TIME OUT...
How is it possible, anybody can explain me this? It's important for me because some software I need to install doesn't work. Maybe it's connected with this ping problems somehow? Maybe it's because wrong server/client configuration.

Your firewall, or the client's could be stopping the replies.

ping is icmp and that protocol should have nothing to do with software installs failing.
Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
