no Internet Time tab. any ideas?

Any reason why I don't have a Internet Time tab when I double click on my time? I do have the time service running and set to Auto start. Ideas?

Yes, sorry, it is the DC. It also has DNS and DHCP on it also if that matters.

Refers to WindowsXP. I couldnt find anything that deals with Win2003. Perhaps it relates.
