no internet access on windows sbs 2

1 recently added a windows standard server 2003 to my network that already has 2 windows small business server 2003 computers. the 2 sbs machines now cannot connect to the internet but the client computers with windows xp pro can. how do i fix this problem?

the program that i got the 1st SBS for required that that server "not be a domain controller"; hence the 2nd SBS was made the domain controller and also served as a client for the program on the 1st SBS. Because of problems I was having with the 1st SBS(shutting down automatically and taking hours to boot), it was recommended that I get the Windows standard server 2003. As soon as I connected the new server to the switch, the 2 SBS lost their internet access. My IT guy does not have a clue what's going on. FYI, the 2nd SBS computer has a Windows XP pro partition which actually has internet access when I boot into it.
