i have just purchased windows server 2003. to be used for VOIP. now i need to get the VOIP SOFTWARE loaded on the server... How do i give access to "the company" that will be loading the software for me... NOTE: i would prefer to give them access via FTP (how to do that) ? and if i do that will i be able to change passwords after upload is done ?

Doubt ftp access will be enough for the vendor to configure the voip server. You should be talking to them not us about this. Guantanamo bay is a National Disgrace! End it NOW!
