hi all, i created a new website in iis 6.0 on a winserver2003 remote terminal which is run through godaddy.com...so i have one site which is hosting a remote object for a .net remoting app. i have created a test app also...now i want to run the test site with the same ip but different port...i chose a port and created the new site...when i poin t a browser to the new site using the :port# appended to the normal url i get a page not found error...then when i run netstat -ano i can see 0.0.0.0:Port# with the iis pid as the listening process...whereas i see for instance the prod site has the correct ip and port 80 with established showing...any ideas out there? thanks in advance -- jp

Since you're probably doing it on the local machine, add an entry to the hosts file. It really should be tested from outside the LAN.
