Problem: Network connection cannot show NIC cards. Network service are disable and give dependcies error when I try to start them all. use msconfig and sfc /scannow but it not fix the problem. plz advise

Does device manager show the nic(s)? Have they ever worked previously?

yes, NIC cards are showing in device manager, i have also disable/enable these cards sucessfully. I can check given ips by using IPCONFIG but unable to check in GUI due to network services are unavailable.
