hey guys...I'm goin for a network admin position in a few days...I just wanted to know if any of you managers/directors/or network admins would like to shed some light on what kinds of questions they will be asking?
I have worked for a fortune 500 company for about 10 years doing network administration, its been my only job since college, and never needed to look around...just finally getting out there and just trying to get some interviews under my belt just in case an amazing job comes around..
PS. I am asking this in this forum (2k3 server) because a lot of you network admins hang out here to help others...
This job has 38 employees (a little different than my current job 45,000 employees)
1 2k3 server, probably is an exchange server as well...30 workstations, prob running mirror and stiping or spanning, maybe about 10 remote users from home VPN into VPN server
probably 2 or 3 cisco 2524 routers, with cisco switches...maybe 1 or 2 backup stand alone servers ready to switch in case of system crash..
any ideas or thoughts on what the interview might consist of and what questions?

If you google "common interview questions" you'll get some links to lists of common questions. Those are pretty standard...ie: What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? and so on...
On the technical side, be prepared for anything. Questions about DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Security, users, groups etc.
If you're going to be working with Cisco equipment, you should know how to manage/program it, you'll likely get questions on it as well as domain admin type questions.

thanks curt...I was glad to see the second part of your answer as that is what i'm looking for. I'm looking to see what type of admin related questions they would throw at me...not the generic ones "what would your enemies say about you?" lol, gotta love that one.
I was assuming the same as you, asking me about group policy, domain users, admins, locked accounts, resetting passwords, moving to groups, OU's, and sites/domains...then backups...etc.
I am taking classes for CCNA, and currently studying for CCNP as well..so hopefully i'll be able to answer "some" of them with atleast an ounce of intelligence.
