I know that if Netbios is disabled the client is unable to browse the network using network places.
What i want to know is: Will the client (with netbios disabled) appear in the lists of other clients who have netBios enabled??

OK so I conducted a experiment just for you.
remote pc with file sharing. turned off netbios in tcp/ip properties. shares still showed up but were inaccessable.
turned netbios back on the remote pc and share access restored.

The clients with netbios disabled will eventually disappear from the list because they will no longer communicate with the browsemasters. (the computers that maintain the list). In wanderers experiment they were probably still 'remembered' as being in the list but as expected, they are unavailable.
The answer to your question is, yes - they will disappear.
