Need to remove user name at client.

I want that when ever the computer at client side (which is Member of Domain) connect to my server is remove the user name automatically.By default when we shut down or restart the system we can see the user name as written be default so i need that the user should write his user name him self. Please guide me that in server side shat should i do ?

Open the Registry:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] and create a new string value, or modify the existing value, called "DontDisplayLastUserName" and set it to "1" to enable.

Thanks "Jennifer SUMN" for the help .This is done in one computer but if there are 100 client computers that it is not possible to go to each computer and change the policy.I want to impliment it in my domain "using Group Policy".please guide me how can i fix it.
