Need Help Solving Random Crashes

OS: Windows Server 2003
CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon XP 3200/1.5 GB

Hello -

Last night I loaded Win Server 2003, did all of the needed updates, etc, and set out to familiarize myself in prep for a project at work.

About 1.5 hours later I got a blue screen, a physical memory dump, and then the PC crashed.

Event viewer gave me this:

Error code 0000000a, parameter1 0720001b, parameter2 000000ff, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 80828582.
