nbtstat conflicts

OS: Win 2003
CPU/Ram: 2600 1Gb
Comment:

nbtstat -A <ip address> gives a conflict status on <00> and <20> on 1 of my domain controllers upon which I recently changed Ip address.
No errors are being recorded in event Log from Active Directory.
How can I find where conflict comes from?

I agree with wanderer. Sounds like a DNS issue to me.
