It takes time to do research. 1.Go to Google.com and search for this relate topic. If this book had been public then you will find this in second. if not then you will find 2K exchange. Either of these will discuss your issue may be in one or two chapter only, because these info in Exchange book. 2.Go to local book store, in Computer section and find out. I don't think they seal these books you may take a quick look what you like Charlie

I would check microsoft's web site as well. I'm pretty sure they list all the MS Press books.
