Microsoft doesn't let you do that unless you purchase a Transition Pack, which is a license that you install which let's you break apart the seperate components that Small Business Server comes with and makes the SBS server then act like a Standard Server. (It also upgrades your client access licenses). I think you will also need to buy a disk with the Exchange 2003 installer on it as I don't believe you can install Exchange by itself from the Small Business Server media. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.) You should be able to get a disk from www.CDW.com.
If you do decide to do that, install the transition pack, install Exchange on your second domain controller, them look up Microsoft's website on how to migrate Exchange from one server to another. Make sure you follow their steps or you will mess it up.
