Is there any software available for Windows 2003 Standard Server that i can install so i can monitor what my employees are visiting?
My 2003 server is acting as a gateway to the internet for my network.
Thanks.

Hi Jon,
I am not really an expert in this, and have never been able to actually get it to work properly, but what you need is Microsoft ISA Server 2006 (Internet Security & Acceleration). It's a great application, which allows you to not only view what has been viewed, but by which user and what computer they were using. You can also use it to block websites and protocols which you don't want accessed, e.g.: You could stop your employees from using MSN Messenger or playing online games, if that’s what they do!
You can download a 180 day, fully working trial from "http://www.microsoft.com/forefront/edgesecurity/trial.mspx." If you want to continue using the product after the 180 days is up, you will have to purchase it, but the price a little steep, I think it's somewhere around £200 or something, (I’m not really sure), but it’s an essential piece of security software for a company.
All the best - I hope you get it all up and running ok!
Simon

ISA does a good job, but it alone probably won't provide the reporting you would want. You probably will also need the Surf Control add on to give you the reporting you're wanting.
ISA's built in reporting is not very robust. You would get the top 25 sites visited, and the top 25 internet users, but no correlation between the two. While you could go through the logs to get who surfed what, that's exceptionally tedious.
Surf Control's ISA add-on's reporting mechanism however can provide such detail clearly and conveniently.
It also provides the best security possible for Exchange, IIS, Sharepoint access.
TECH-NO-LOGICAL ROMANCE!
