Most the time it's just not worth it anymore to screw around with drivers. Go buy your self a $25 3com-USR Modem and just watch windows install it automaticaly!
How much is YOUR time worth?
If I spend more that ONE HOUR on any driver, I just give it up and buy a device that works right!
Summary: i have a problem with my Conexant modem... im running W2K3 on my machine now, upgraded from XP i'm assuming its driver problem, because this same modem was working last week with XP. the generic modem...
