I recently installed WIN2003 ENTERPRISE but found that the CD is missing MMCNDMGR and after i install it the management programs won't work and says that MMCNDMGR.DLL is not registered. I look around for that .DLL file but on the CD all I can find it MMCNDMGR.DL_ file, so i copied it and made it .DLL but the file size is kinda small compare to the 98 version of that file. And it doesn't work! that's the problem i dunno how to register it and i think i did something and kinda registered it and says it can't register that DLL. Can someone please provide me with MMCNDMGR.DLL from ur computer or something and send it to me and also tell me how to use regsvr(or something else) to register this file so i can use the management programs that i need really bad.

the 'mmcndmgr.dl_' is alright, but it's packed. you have to unpack it in the command window (start->run->cmd.exe) with either 'expand' or 'extract'. this will create the dll, then you have to register it (start->run->regsvr32).

that should solve your problem.

Thank you Simon but now it says that the file MMCNDMGR.DL_ is CORRUPTED. What should I do now? Can anyone provide me with that file, either compressed or the DLL. and how to I register it, to where do I register it?

regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\mmcndmgr.dll

Ok we are having the same problem trying to register mmcndmgr.dll only we are using Win ME. Should we be using the same "regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\mmcndmgr.dll" command? The reason why we ask is because it keeps saying "load library failed".
