Hi

We have two domains, both NT and now we have upgraded one of the NT to Windows 2003 server, the other one I am trying to migrate the user names over, but when I start the migration utils from Microsoft, it says I need to raise the fuctionality of my 2003 server from mix mode to 2000 or 2003 mode. Any ideas if I should do this or not, I am afriad I will not be able to access the NT server if it goes wrong and my users can't access any shared drives from the NT.

Thanks

Ken
