Hi all,
We have a NT4 server with 12 workstations running under Win98. What would be the biggest advantages for us to migrate to Win Server 2003 ? ( i know that Microsoft will not offer any tech.support (& updates..) for NT4 after 2004 so thats why we want to start planning something for our new OS on the server)

Winserver 2003 is faster, more configurable, easier to manage, offers better security.
On the down side, your licenses for your users are not transferable, (you'll have to relicsence every user) and your hardware will need to be upgraded.

I agree with Seawatch, on the other hand, if NT4 is working for you, I'd leave it. Don't get me wrong, I could never go back to being an admin on NT4 after working w/ 2000/2003 but you are not talking about a simple upgrade more than likely. As Seawatch points out, you'll probably need new hardware and if you want to take advantage of 2000's features, you'll need new client software too - 2k or xP.
