I have a doubt about server??
I have Windows 2003 SBS with AD/DHCP. with 2 more member domains. In case if I loose my domain controller is there any way to make this member server as main domain controller???

Have you tried the "dcpromo" command? (Start-->Run-->"dcpromo")
I may be mis-understanding what exactly it is you want to do but that's how you make a domain controller. There are a few options during the setup that might be what you're looking for.

The answer is no. You must make a second domain controller before you lose the first one to maintain the present Forest.

Look I have a domain xyz.com with a member domain abc.xyz.com same activedirectory. Now I loose xyz.com & abc.xyz.com is still working & it has Activedirectory of xyz.com if I restart abc,xyz.com the I will loose all my active directory so how to make a domain xyz.com before restarting abc.xyz.com.
