make .mdb available offline

anyone know how to do this?
i set 'Files Not Cached' to disabled
in the domain controller under gpedit for my OU

i read to do this and then right click on the file and check make available offline
after i check that it tries to sync and gives me an error

it also does this when i change it on the local group policy.

So far I know it's not possible to sync mdb and pst files using offline folders. The reason for that is obvious: imagine that you add some data to your mdb file using it online and someone do the same offline. As offline folders syncs online files, not data inside the files, someone will lose it's data.

You can think likewise with Outlook e-mails.
