Low Disk Space

Hi
We have remote access to our servers and one is showing disk space at about 20mb (which is worrying). However its running perfectly fine which i would expect for a server with only 20mb of space and no matter where i look i cannot find any sort of files that would be consuming that sort of space. Last time i checked it has about 16gb of free space. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Lets start by finding out WHAT is taking the space. There is a utility that I don't like called TreeSize and there is one I DO like called DIRUSE. The latter is a command line utility, the former is a graphical utility. The reason I don't like TreeSize is that it tends to be less accurate than DIRUSE in my experience. Still, you can use either one to get a basic idea...
Then figure out what's abnormal. In short, figure out where that space went.
