Low Disk Space warning

In the server perfomance report, I'm getting a critcal error:
Low Disk Space (HarddiskVolume5)
Drive Letter: HarddiskVolume5 Free Disk Space: 0.000000. MB % Free Disk Space: 0.000000.%
The problem is I am not sure what HarddiskVolume5 is. None of the disk on the server are low on disk space. Any ideas?
